Frequently asked questions

For questions about the Travel Team, go to the Travel Team page
  • How much does it cost to join the club?
Only $35 per semester. Travel Team dues are extra.
  • What will I be doing at court hours? Who will I play?
It depends! You'll likely either be playing king of the court, doubles, singles, or some other game. We try to give the members playing on that particular day the option of what they would like to do. You'll be playing against other members of the club.
  • How good are the other club members?
With over 100 members in the club, there's a wide range of ability levels. Whether you're an advanced player or learning to play tennis for the first time, we'll do our best to set you up on a court with players who are at the same level as you.
  • When are court hours?
    Check out the schedule.
  • Where is the Penn State Tennis Center?
By Holuba Hall, Pegula Ice Arena, and Nittany Apartments. Check out the map.

No, only paid members are allowed to play at court hours.

  • Who created this website?
It was created by a PSU alum over a decade ago and was completely redesigned for its 10 year anniversary in 2019 – it's kind of a cool story.
